Mary Derbyshire M.AmSAT has taught fitness and movement for over 35 years. For almost 25 years she has been a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique helping people get out of pain and learn how to move with balance, agility, and ease. She is a strong advocate for this powerful self-care technique and is a recognized master and expert in her field. Her specialty is aging with ease and she is on a mission to bring this work to the "Baby Boomer" population so they can live active, fulfilling lives through their senior years.

Her newly published book Agility at Any Age: Discover the Secret to Balance, Mobility and Confidence is an accessible and practical introduction to the Alexander Technique.

Karen Moore Holliday, M.A. has a background in teaching, counseling, training and bodywork. She has her Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Practices. For over thirty years she has supported others in creating a life that has heart and meaning. She is certified as a Spiritual Mentor, 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Thai Yoga Bodywork Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. Through classes, workshops and individual sessions, Karen supports and guides clients and students on a journey of personal, transpersonal, and spiritual growth.  She welcomes all who are willing to walk this journey back Home to the Heart and to the True Self. Traditional Oriental Medicine

Kristin Ward graduated with a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego. Following PCOM, Ms. Ward studied at Chengdu University Hospital, one of China’s largest teaching hospitals located in the Sichuan Province of China. She is presently earning her Doctorate in Oriental Medicine specializing in Mental Health, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Neurology, Women’s Health, Preventive Medicine, and Pediatrics.

Kristin currently lives in Middletown, RI. She is certified  as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM, a Doctor of Acupuncture in Rhode Island, and a Licensed Acupuncturist in Massachusetts and California.

After suffering from chronic Lyme Disease for over 10 years during her childhood and early adulthood, Kristin has personally witnessed the difficulties of chronic illness and the healing effects of Oriental Medicine. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her patients to empower them in achieving their own ideal state of health.

Sarah graduated in 1998 from the Muscular Therapy Institute located in Cambridge,MA.

She has had the privilege and honor of being the resident MT at Primary Care Partnership since 2002 with the exception of a recent two-year absence. She returned in April 2017. Sarah enjoyed eight years as a  member of the MTI faculty teaching hands-on technique, practice  development and integration. She was on the faculty at The Salter School in Fall River Massachusetts for five years teaching a variety of subjects pertaining to massage therapy which included the Ethics of Touch, Business Practices, Career Development, Hands-on work and Pathology. She is certified in Reiki (hands on energy work) levels I and II, certified to work with clients living with the complexities of Cancer and a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She has years of experience working with special populations such as MS, ALS, Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, Prenatal massage and the Elderly.

Sarah’s intention is to create a therapeutic relationship as well as a sacred  space to work together. Communication is an important component in the  therapeutic process. Based upon medical history and thorough interview  she is able to make educated decisions as to how to approach the  treatment.

For new members Sarah is offering a free treatment to enjoy and experience her healing hands.

Sarah is a singer, yoga and bicycle enthusiast. She is currently a member of the Band Granite Rock and performs locally.
